Growing in the right direction for you
and your business
Rosie Darbyshire is a Chartered Coaching Psychologist with more than 20 years experience in developing leaders across both the public and private sectors.
Specialised in the design and delivery of Leadership development, organisational change and coaching programmes. Combining knowledge of business and psychology enables me to use a wide variety of tools and approaches to help leaders gain clarity, perspective, time and a way forwards.
Starting in internal HR teams, I gained experience in resourcing, Learning & Development and organisational development, within engineering, Oil & Gas and the police. I went on to spend many years working as an external consultant in leadership, team behaviours, change and effectiveness across the public and private sectors. As a coach, I predominantly work with people in leadership roles on fulfilling their potential for themselves, their aspirations and their organisations.
Following my own life shifts, including diagnosis with Multiple Sclerosis, I am particularly interested in transition, wellbeing and behavioural change. As a humanistic, person-centred coaching psychologist I have experience with a range of tools and techniques that can be used to help with client’s thinking, leadership skills and understanding about their behaviour. I am constantly developing my own skills with further learning in areas such as mindfulness, motivational interviewing, 8 Tensions existential work and coach supervision. I introduce psychometrics such as MBTI, SDI and VIA strengths as and when appropriate.
